Quick and easy Baharat Spice Blend, fantastic with our Instant Pot pressure cooked Baharat Chicken or Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground black pepper this means the mix has less heat, if you don't mind heat, add 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
½ teaspoon ground cardamom or allspice, I used allspice this time as I only had cardamom pods and couldn’t be bothered toasting them, removing the seed, grinding it… as this is the easy version
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground clove
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients and use in our Baharat Chicken, Baharat Mushrooms or Pumpkin Soup recipes. That simple. Keep in an airtight container.
