This Mango Lassi with Thermomix instructions is so good!! Super refreshing and healthy.

I must confess that I do not actually like mango but this I loved. The mango doesn't overpower the drink and instead you get a very lovely chilled drink with the tiniest hint of mango.

If you want more of a mango flavour, make sure you add another half or whole mango.

A lassi is a popular traditional yoghurt-based drink from that originates from the Punjab (Indian Subcontinent).

There are two types: savoury and sweet.

The savoury ones tend to have spices, the sweet ones, well, sweet stuff.

Mango Lassis have become very popular worldwide.

This one isn't too sweet at all.

In fact it's just perfect and, as you can see, it gets you putting all that delicious Instant Pot or Thermomix yoghurt you've been making to good use.

For those of you who, like me, need antiinflammatory goodness, make sure you add a bit of turmeric.
